Pre-Booking Terms & Conditions
A minimum pre-booking amount of ₹1,000/- is required to confirm the booking.
Product availability is subject to stock availability and cannot be guaranteed at the time of booking.
The model, color, or storage variant provided may differ from the option selected during pre-booking, subject to availability.
If the booked product is unavailable, the pre-booking amount will be refunded in within 21 business days.
The expected delivery date is indicative only and product availability on the specified date is not guaranteed.
One voucher/advance is valid for one purchase/invoice only.
Billing/customer details cannot be changed after billing.
New device activation is mandatory at the time of billing.
In case of cancellation, the customer must submit the request by replying to the same email thread through which the booking confirmation was received.
